Most pieces are finished and ship within 1 business day. Personalised keychains are made to order and ship within 5 business days. The estimated delivery date for your address is shown on every product page.

14-day returns on unused items. Returns are sent to our studio in Turkey and return shipping is at your cost. Personalized items are final unless they arrive damaged.
