Shipping, Customs & Delivery Policy
We handcraft every piece in our ateliers in Turkey and deliver directly to your door via express air carriers.
1. Production & Processing Time
Most pieces are ready to ship and leave our atelier within 1 business day. Made-to-order pieces, currently the Initial Keychain, are crafted for you and ship within 5 business days.
2. Delivery Timelines
The times below are transit only and start after your piece leaves our atelier. Add the production time from section 1 for the total.
- Express: 1 to 5 business days worldwide
- Economy: 4 to 9 business days
- Australia, economy: 9 to 15 business days
Every product page shows the estimated arrival date for your own country.
3. Duties, Taxes & Customs
What you pay on delivery depends on where your order is going.
- United States — we prepay all US import duties, taxes and customs entry fees through our licensed US customs broker, filed via CBP ACE. Nothing is collected by the carrier on delivery.
- European Union — VAT and duties are calculated and collected at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery.
- All other destinations — your order may be subject to local import VAT, duties, or a carrier handling fee collected on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority and are outside our control.
In rare cases a carrier may still request an additional fee even where duties were prepaid. If that happens, contact us and we'll help.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your package directly on the carrier's website.
