Shipping, Customs & Delivery Policy
We handcraft every piece in our ateliers in Turkey and deliver directly to your door.
1. Production & Processing Time
Each item is uniquely handcrafted. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality control before shipment.
2. Shipping Rates at Checkout
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and cart. We offer Economy and Express options where available. Rates vary by country — the exact price is always shown before you pay.
- United States: Free economy shipping on orders $99 and above (before tax). Express is always a paid upgrade.
- Other countries: Economy and/or express rates as shown at checkout. No hidden fees added after purchase.
3. Delivery Timelines (after shipment)
- USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
- Europe & UK: 2–4 business days
- Rest of World: 5–10 business days
Timelines depend on the service selected and local carrier handling.
4. No Hidden Fees — 100% DDP Guarantee (US)
All commercial shipments to the United States are subject to official US customs duties and import fees under current regulations.
To protect your experience:
- We absorb all US import duties, taxes, and customs entry fees.
- Duties are calculated, prepaid, and included in your price through our logistics partner. You will not receive any additional charges from the carrier upon delivery.
- The price you see at checkout is 100% final for US orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Track your package directly on the carrier's website.
