Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your handcrafted piece. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Start a Return

Email info@embroiderywithaycan.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your request within 2 business days.

3. Return Shipping Address

Returns are shipped to our studio in Turkey:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Exclusions

Personalized items (monogrammed or custom initial orders) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll make it right immediately.
