1. Our products

Every piece is made to order and handmade by our small collective of women artisans. Because each item is crafted by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and placement are natural — they are the signature of a 1-of-1 piece, not a defect.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order. Once you place an order, we begin crafting it; please review your selections (including any personalization) carefully before checkout.

3. Shipping, customs & delivery

We ship worldwide using tracked express carriers. For US orders, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — the price you see at checkout is final, with no surprise customs fees on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & Customs Policy.

4. Returns & refunds

Your purchase is covered by our Return & Refund Policy. Personalized items (with an initial, name, or custom design) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, and content on this site are the property of EmbroiderywithAycan and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are decorative handmade textile pieces. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or improper care. Please follow our Care Guide to keep your piece looking its best.
