Orders & shipping

How long until my order ships?

Each piece is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for crafting and quality control before it ships. Good things take a little time.

Will I pay customs fees or duties?

No surprise fees — ever. The price you see at checkout is 100% final. For US orders we pre-pay all import duties and customs (Delivered Duty Paid), so nothing is owed on delivery.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

Worldwide shipping with economy and express options at checkout. After the crafting window: US & Canada 3–5 business days, Europe & UK 2–4 business days. US orders $99+: free economy shipping.

How do I track my order?

When your piece ships, we email you a tracking link. Logged in? You can also check status in your account.

Returns & care

What's your return policy?

We offer 14-day returns on unused items and provide a US-domestic return address to save you high international costs. Personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.

How do I clean and care for my piece?

Spot clean only, with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, bleach, or iron. See the full Care Guide.

Products & customization

What are the products made of?

100% premium cotton yarn with an eco-friendly, non-slip felt backing. Each piece is hand-punched or hand-tufted.

Are the sizes exact?

Because everything is handmade, dimensions are approximate. Exact measurements are listed on each product page.

Do you make custom or personalized designs?

Yes — initials, names, and custom designs are a big part of what we do. See our Custom Orders page.
